Easter is just around the corner with the promise of some sunshine, rest and special times remembering Jesus. But before that, it is a time of evaluation!
We have already received at home positive school reports from all three boys. Luke is doing well, slowly but always improving in his writing and understanding of mathematical concepts. Sometimes he gets frustrated or bored but he never gives up trying, as he has always done, and we are very proud of him. He finally got new leg braces last month and loves playing football, like all proper Spanish boys!!
Nolan and Eliot are starting to talk lots, both in Spanish and English, and they are very funny. This stage is fun! They play well together and with Luke and they still sleep a nap in the day so, yay, we can’t complain!
At the moment we are busy at La Industria meeting with the students individually for a long conversation evaluating the last trimester. It usually ends up being a beautiful time of encouragement and counsel, with prophetic words or words of knowledge, where God brings light on some issue, or a lie, or a promise… We love this job!
We have started going to high schools to do our show sharing values through music, drama, games, videos… The students are really enjoying it! – both our students and the ones in the schools J
We have also done a couple youth events and lead worship in church a couple of times. The students are in a beautiful place in their relationship with Jesus and more and more they are being able to communicate it and express it through their music. Last Saturday for example, there was an event in a city nearby and there were problems with the sound, they couldn’t hear each other, it could have been a really bad event, but they were able to just play and get into worship and the packed hall with over two hundred people enjoyed a really special and wonderful time in God’s presence. We even had some invitations to go to other cities from people who attended. It’s all about Jesus and seeing him bring his kingdom to our lives!
We hope you are well and may you see today God’s presence and intervention in your life. Thanks for your support!
